All cancellations need to be made with Sue in reception, no less than 6 hours prior to time of appointment, on 0117067495. All appointments not cancelled within the specified time will be subject to a R450.00 cancellation fee (not payable by your medical aid), irrespective of the reason for cancellation. If you do not arrive for an appointment, without cancelling it before the appointment time, you will be billed for that appointment (not payable by your medical aid).
